Swimways Pool Diving Toys
The Swimway is a type of diving board that allows divers to move through it. They are usually made from wood or plastic and have a small opening at one end where the diver enters the pool. There are two types: the open-ended and closed-ended ones.
Open-end pools allow divers to enter freely while closed-ends restrict access to certain areas such as under the water table, behind obstacles etc. Most of them come with a rope attached to the bottom so that divers can hang around their necks and pull themselves along. Some models come with a hand rail that lets divers hold onto each other’s hands.

What Is A Pool Toy?
A pool toy is a device used to keep divers occupied during long periods of time. Many of these devices are designed specifically for children and some even feature a slide mechanism which allows them to go down the slide when they reach the bottom. The most common types of pool toys include slides, tunnels, walls, platforms and bridges.
Pool toys are not only useful for keeping divers entertained but also for teaching them how to use equipment properly and safely. They can even be used for training purposes.
How Are They Used?
The main purpose of pool toys is to make swimming more fun and engaging. They help to increase the time a person can spend underwater as well as improve their confidence. Children especially tend to enjoy playing with them and most of them are manufactured to look like fun-filled devices, which makes them ideal for outdoor pools.
They are commonly found in outdoor pools because they are easier to clean and maintain. They are usually made from sturdy and durable materials such as vinyl. They can also be painted using bright colors to make them more appealing.
What Are The Different Types?
There are several different types of pool toys available on the market today. Some of the most popular include slides, tunnels, water wheels, climbing walls, diving boards and islands. Each of these comes in a variety of sizes and designs to suit all tastes and preferences.
One of the most common types of pool toy is the slide. These are usually made from molded plastic and feature a long track that allows water to run down from top to bottom. Smaller models can be placed in the corner of a bathtub or small pool while others are so large that they need their own special enclosure to prevent them from bending out of shape.
Most slides are manufactured to be used by one person at any given time but some can accommodate more than one rider.
A lot of slides are designed in such a way that they also function as a water fort. They have small tunnels and chambers that surround the base of the slide. These can be used for shelter when a rider is going down the slide.
Some of the best pool toys are tunnels. These come in a variety of different lengths and are typically made from plastic or vinyl. They are extremely easy to use and are perfect toys for young children who are just learning how to swim.
They can either stand up inside the tunnel or kneel down and drag themselves through using their arms.
Some tunnels can also be connected together to form a large snake-like shape that can be ridden on by multiple people at any given time. This type is more commonly used in swimming pools instead of baths as they tend to take up quite a bit of space.
3. Water Wheels
Water wheels are round discs that are placed in the middle of a pool or bathtub. They have slits all the way around their circumference which allow riders to sit on top of them. These are really just basic spinning devices and they come in many different sizes.
Some can be used by one person while others can accommodate up to three or four people depending on their size. The main purpose of these wheels is to provide riders with a smooth and gentle float.
4. Climbing Walls
Climbing walls are vertical poles that are used for climbing or sliding down into the water. They come in a variety of different lengths and feature a ribbed exterior, which makes them easy to hold on to. Some of these also have seats attached at the top which can be used for riding down into the water.
5. Diving Boards
Diving boards are elevated platforms that allow riders to jump into the water. These are must be placed over the side of the pool or bathtub and they must also be high enough above the water for people to dive into. Some of these also come with springboards which launch riders through the air instead of just sending them straight into the water.
These are usually much smaller than standard diving boards and can even be used in bathtubs.
Some pool toys feature islands that rise up out of the water. These are usually made from molded plastic and can be used to rest or sit on when riders get tired. Some of these also come with water slides that lead right into the centre, allowing for a quick and exhilarating way to get back into the swimming pool.
These islands also have a shallow area all the way around their base. This means that riders can sit or stand on the edge and not get soaked.
Boats are fun pool toys for children who are learning how to swim. These come in many different shapes and sizes but their main purpose is to provide riders with a form of transportation. Some of these are made from thick plastic and feature inflatable sides while others are made from mesh and have no rigid structure at all.
Surfboards are great pool toys for older children and teenagers. They are very similar to real surfboards and allow riders to glide across the surface of the water. Some of these also come with a attached rope which can be used to tow riders back to shore again after they have been surfing.
9. Water Cannons
Water cannons are great fun at a pool party. These devices can be connected up to the water supply and then used to spray unsuspecting victims who happen to be passing by. Most of these hold quite a lot of water so one quick refill is all that is required before they are good to go again.
10. Water Basketball
Water basketball is one of the most popular pool toys for children or teenagers. These come in the form of a net that sits across the top of the water and a small inflatable ball that can be dribbled from one end to the other. These can either be placed at either end of the swimming pool or even in a bathtub if there are no takers for the real thing.
These are just some of the most popular pool toys available. There are many others on the market and some of these, such as inner tubes and rafts can be used in a wide variety of pools or tubs. No matter what type of pool toy you choose to buy for your children, remember they should never be left unsupervised around water.
