Milwaukee M18 Fuel Combo Kit Reviewed By: jim from Fort Worth , Texas on 10/17/2016 Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!
I have been using these tools since I was 16 years old. They are my pride and joy.
The only thing that would make them better is if they came with a lighter or some sort of cigarette lighter like they do for the gas ones…but then again I guess that’s why they’re called “milwaukees”.
The only negative thing I can say about them is that the screwdriver bit doesn’t come with one, but it does come with two other bits so you could always get those too.
Also, there isn’t any instruction manual on how to use all of these tools. You just go out and start using them. But then again I suppose that makes them even safer than their gas counterparts.
But overall, I’m very happy with mine. And they last forever.
Best Milwaukee Tool Set Reviewed By: Anonymous Person from California on 09/10/2016 Rating: 1 of 5 Stars!
I bought this set because it had everything i needed for the job at hand. However after using it for about 2 weeks now, its starting to fail me. mainly the drill broke already and the flashlight doesnt work properly now. ive only used the drill to screw in about 15 screws and it no longer works, so that sucks, and the flashlight has very low light even after replacing the battery with a new one. I thought milwaukee was a good brand, guess not.
Great quality tools and great starter set! Reviewed By: Anonymous Person from TEXAS on 12/26/2015 Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!
This is a great set to get started into doing projects around the house! The tools are high quality and come with a durable carrying case. The battery life seems to last forever and I have not had any problems with them. Great buy for first time homeowners or for people looking to expand their current tool collection.
Great Combo Kit! Reviewed By: Anonymous Person from Texas on 11/30/2015 Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!
I bought this to tide me over until my big shop tool set gets here (long story) and I must say I’m very impressed with the kit. Comes with a great selection of tools and all run off common batteries. Not to mention it’s a great deal as well, especially when it’s on sale! The flashlight is pretty darn bright and the drill has plenty of power for the typical homeowner. The reciprocating saw also has some good teeth on it and will cut through wood like a hot knife through butter.
The circular saw blade will also rip through wood like it’s not even there. The sander is a little on the weak side though. The jigsaw is pretty good, it will rip through thin metal without any trouble. I would definitely recommend this kit to someone who is looking to do some home projects but doesn’t want to spend a fortune on a tool set, or someone who just needs a few more tools to complete their set.
Great starter kit Reviewed By: Anonymous Person from Arizona on 11/18/2015 Rating: 4 of 5 Stars!
Nice starter kit for the DIY-er. The only reason I give this 4 stars is due to the flashlight. It seems very dim, won’t be much help if you need to change a fuse in the attic on a dark winter day. The rest of the tools are great, and I have no complaints!

Got this on black Friday for an amazing price, tools work great and are very durable. Would definitely recommend!
Unbeatable deal on great tools! Reviewed By: Jt from Washington on 11/02/2015 Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!
This is a great deal on some very useful tools.
I have been using this kit for a year now and it’s working out well.
The impact driver has been used many times and still works like new. It has interchangeable bits that fit in the chuck so you only need one tool for most jobs. The bits snap in and out easily but hold securely while in use.
The reciprocating saw is bright and easy to see what you’re cutting. It cuts through wood easily and the blades are easy to change.
The flashlight is bright and the adjustable beam focuses the light into a narrow spot for maximum brightness.
The hammer drill has two speeds, 0-500 rpm and 0-1500rpm.
It works well for driving screws and the 0-500rpm mode is great for untightening stubborn screws.
The light is great for illuminating the work area in dark places such as under sinks.
All of these tools are well balanced and easy to control even when working for extended periods of time.
I’m very happy with this kit and it’s one of the best tool purchases I’ve ever made!
Outstanding Kit Reviewed By: David from NJ on 10/29/2015 Rating: 5 of 5 Stars!
I have limited experience with power tools. I have used a cordless drill and saws all a few times when helping friends but that was about it. This set was recommended by a friend and I’m glad I went with it. The impact driver is just great for driving in screws. The light on the front helps when working in areas with limited lighting.
I did a lot of remodeling and installing baseboard in a dark room and it was great. The flashlight itself is rugged and took a few drops (oops). The charger holds the charge well even after several months of no use. Just set it on the charger once every month or two and it’s good to go.
I am not a big fan of the reciprocating saw but it works well for what it is. I tend to use it in a push mode vs. the actual SAWing motion. The blades are thin and easy to break but that’s the nature of the tool. Blades are cheap so not a big deal.
I have used the drill quite a bit and it works great. I did have one drill bit snap due to me putting too much force on it. The light is a little weak on the drill but again it works and gets the job done. Was using it to put in some large screws into old hardwood floors to re-attach a baseboard.
The hammer drill/driver is the one I have used the least. Only had occasion to use it once but it did the job intended.
I am happy with this kit and would recommend it to someone looking for an entry level set of tools. The one thing I wish it had was a metal case to hold the tools. Have to store them in the cardboard box they came in.
Overall a great purchase.

Great kit for the money, good quality and well designed and engineered tools. The light that stays on the drill is pretty weak though, absolutely useless for working in dark areas without another light source. It’s a feature that was obviously added to make the drill more appealing to consumers that don’t plan on using their tools after sunset. The flashlights are also very fragile, I broke the head off of one just from lightly dropping it on the floor. Just be careful with them and you’ll be fine.

I bought this kit for my husband as a Father’s Day gift. I was a little nervous about buying power tools on line but after reading the reviews I decided to go for it. I’m so glad I did because my husband loved this kit. He was impressed with the quality and said they worked really well. He especially loves the flashlight that stays on the drill.
He said it helped him a lot when he was working in the garage. I’m very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from you again.
