Second of all, traditional and thick-cut traditional jerky tends to be a lot tougher than sweet jerky. So if you are looking for something easy to chew, then sweet jerky is definitely the way to go.

One thing that you will immediately notice about sweet jerky is the fact that it usually comes in stick form. This makes it much easier to eat as you no longer have to worry about dipping it in barbecue sauce or tearing it apart with your hands.
