The buying guide below can also be helpful to you:
What is a dry erase board?
A dry-erase board is a writing surface on which you can write or draw with whiteboard marker pens.
How to choose a good one?
Choose a dry-erase board that is large enough for your purpose. For example, if you want to use it for writing down mathematical formulas, you need a large board. If you just want to write down a quick To-Do list, even a small board will do.
Dry erase boards are available in different sizes and materials. They also have different prices depending upon their sizes and quality.
How to take care of a dry erase board?
Keep your whiteboard marker pens in a safe place where they won’t get bent or damaged. Some people just keep them in the marker tray that comes with most boards. However, if you do that, you have to be very careful when you take one out so as not to get the ink on your fingers. It is better to get a plastic pencil box and put the pens inside that. That way, you can just grab the top of the pencil box to take out a pen without getting ink on your fingers.
You should never use a newspaper to clean your board. The ink from the newspapers will get on the board and then transfer to your hands when you write on it with the markers.
To clean your board, just use a dry cloth.
