The Patek Philippe Annual Calendar is known as one of the most complicated and iconic watches ever made. It features the critical components of a perpetual calendar but it only needs to be adjusted once a year, on February 29th. The watch has a silver guilloche dial with gold applied Arabic numbers and it comes with either a brown or tan alligator strap.
